Overview
As Fusion Sales Account Executive, you drive the expansion of Autodesk Fusion within midmarket manufacturing accounts. You operate as the Fusion expert inside the regional sales engine, advancing opportunities and sometimes owning deals end-to-end. You uncover new workflows, engage multiple stakeholders, and push Fusion deeper into organizations. You work with cross‑functional teams to shape conversations around Fusion’s cloud-native AI platform and measurable outcomes, in a fast-paced, startup-like environment supported by Autodesk’s scale.

Responsabilidades
- Hunt inside assigned accounts to build Fusion presence in new divisions and workflows
- Drive Fusion deals end-to-end as primary seller or via co-sell with Regional AE
- Develop coordinated account strategies with Regional AEs and execute joint plays
- Multi-thread with engineering, operations, manufacturing, R&D;, and IT to identify pain and momentum




- Lead customer conversations about Fusion’s cloud-native, AI-powered platform and outcomes
- Collaborate with Fusion technical sellers to deliver demos, validate requirements, and shape solution alignment
- Maintain elite pipeline hygiene, qualification standards, and forecasting in Salesforce
- Utilize Outreach, Consensus, and Gong to increase velocity and refine messaging
- Capture learnings to create repeatable plays and scale across regional teams
- Achieve ACV targets from Fusion sales within assigned Regional accounts
- Create new opportunities from net-new divisions and teams
- Ensure pipeline velocity and deal progression with high execution quality

Requisitos principales
- Track record of beating quota in midmarket or similar sales environments
- Experience in overlay or co-selling motions and mixed ownership deals
- Strong hunting instincts to uncover hidden workflows and expansion paths
- Comfort selling
