Overview In this role you will lead Eurecat's engagement with European R&D; funding, focusing on Horizon Europe. You will identify funding opportunities, drive competitive proposals, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver funded projects. You'll represent Eurecat with European institutions and networks, shaping our participation in European programmes. This is a high-impact, collaborative position within a forward-looking innovation ecosystem.

Responsabilidades Identify and analyse European R&D; funding opportunities, especially Horizon Europe

Lead and coordinate technical proposal preparation, including Excellence, Impact, and Implementation sections

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure deadlines, alignment, and deliverable quality

Ensure compliance with European Commission requirements and Eurecat objectives

Monitor funded projects to achieve objectives and deadlines

Serve as primary internal and external contact for European R&D; programmes





Represent Eurecat at meetings, events, and conferences with European institutions and partners

Engage in European working groups and associations to shape programmes and priorities

Requisitos principales At least three years of experience in preparing Horizon Europe proposals and managing European projects

Active participation in European platforms, associations, and organisations

Experience in R&D;&I; projects

Full professional proficiency in English (C2)

Willingness to travel within Europe and between Eurecat sites

Strong communication and proposal-writing abilities

Cross-functional collaboration and team coordination

Stakeholder engagement and networking

Horizon Europe proposal development

European project management

Knowledge of EC requirements and compliance
