Overview

As an AI Engineer, you will drive the end-to-end development and operation of AI-enabled solutions for internal teams and external clients in construction and real estate. You will work closely with the AI Lab to translate requirements into producible AI components and platforms. You will shape architectures, deploy models, and scale AI capabilities across on-premise and cloud environments.

This role offers impact across product lifecycle, from design to production, in a collaborative, innovation-led setting.

Responsabilidades Document knowledge transfer and support adoption and scaling of AI solutions

Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions from prototype to production

Develop and integrate AI system components (RAG pipelines, agents, tools, skills, MCP connections)

Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components; support operation of AI solutions (Cloud and On-Premise)





Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver AI-enabled solutions

Contribute to AI platform development, solution architecture, and engineering best practices

Evaluate, test, and implement new models, frameworks, and technologies for construction/real estate domain

Requisitos principales Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or comparable field

Professional experience in software engineering with cloud, backend, or frontend technologies (e.g., Python, TypeScript, React, FastAPI, Docker, CI/CD)

Practical experience in AI engineering via work, internships, research, or personal projects (e.g., RAG systems, agent architectures, LLM integration, prompt/context engineering, or fine-tuning)

Understanding of how AI components interact (retrieval, orchestration, tools, evaluation)

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a collaborative environment

High English level (C1)
