As Area Sales Manager for Spain & France in Animal Nutrition, you drive growth by delivering customer-focused solutions and managing complex partnerships. Responsabilidades
- Drive growth and deliver customer-centric solutions through close collaboration with customers
- Monitor sales budgets and take corrective actions; maintain Sales Excellence practices
- Develop/manage customer portfolios and partnerships to grow sales of specialty products




- Prepare local market analyses on demand, share, and value chain understanding
- Create and update sales concepts aligned with SBU strategy and regional specifics
- Support regional implementation of cross-regional projects sponsored by the Business Unit
- Contribute market insights to develop an innovation pipeline with technical experts
- Own regional NS and CM1 responsibilities; maintain performance tracking and reporting
- Establish best practices in account planning, visit reporting, market dialogues, and CRM activities
- Lead contract renegotiations and define optimized growth contracts with senior stakeholders
- Define opportunity pipeline and track conversions, with countermeasures like customer trials and joint developments
