Overview In this role, you ensure quality across factory processes for switchgear, switchboards, and related electrical systems. You will work closely with project teams to verify compliance with standards and project specs, translating requirements into practical QC activities. The position involves international travel (up to 70%) and a focus on rigorous inspections and continuous improvement to deliver top-quality outcomes for customers.
You will contribute to a culture of quality, safety, and sustainability within a integral leader in electrification and automation.
Responsabilidades Oversee quality control measures during project execution to ensure standards and specifications are met
Conduct factory inspections and audits, verify internal QC checks, and perform testing as required
Develop/update project-specific QC documentation, including inspection checklists and procedures
Ensure ITPs (Inspection & Testing Plans) are executed as planned
Collaborate with project teams to identify process improvements and implement corrective actions
Monitor punch lists and ensure timely resolution aligned with project schedules
Address customer complaints related to project quality and implement preventive actions
Stay updated on industry trends, specifications, and regulations to ensure compliance and suggest improvements
Report QC outputs to project teams and share best practices and improvements
Requisitos principales Educational background in electrical engineering or related field with a bachelor's degree
Five years of experience in power electrical equipment design and/or testing
Strong understanding of quality control principles in a project context
Familiarity with MV/LV equipment, power stations and related concepts
Knowledge of Data Center Applications and electrical networks
Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work cross-functionally
Knowledge of relevant industry standards, project specifications, and regulations
Proficiency with MS Office, Acrobat, AutoCAD, and Outlook communication teamwork analytical thinking
MV/LV equipment knowledge
Data Center application knowledge
