Overview In this role you will help leading financial institutions transform their Finance and Risk operating models. You will partner with business, finance, risk, and tech teams to design, optimize, and implement processes for budgeting, forecasting, governance, and reporting. You will contribute to end-to-end finance transformations and data governance initiatives that improve transparency and efficiency.

Responsabilidades Design and implement business processes aligned with objectives and customer needs

Analyze current-state models to identify optimization opportunities

Develop future-state process designs using established methodologies

Facilitate workshops with business and technology stakeholders

Support large-scale finance and risk transformation initiatives

Improve end-to-end finance processes including P&L; forecasting

Contribute to expense management, spend governance, and cost allocation

Enhance financial transparency, reporting accuracy, and decision-making

Drive data governance initiatives to improve data quality and controls

Embed governance into process design with compliance and risk considerations





Lead change interventions and engage cross-functional stakeholders

Support training, communications, and transition activities

Requisitos principales Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Process Design, Finance Transformation, CFO Advisory, Risk Transformation, FP&A;, Data Governance, or related discipline

Experience with financial planning, forecasting, expense management, cost allocation, or management reporting

Experience collaborating with business, finance, risk, and technology stakeholders

Advanced proficiency in Business Process Design and Data Governance

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience mapping and optimizing end-to-end business processes

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to translate business requirements into scalable process solutions
