Business Analyst / Functional Analyst The role focuses on the evolution of a mission-critical financial messaging platform , based on event-driven microservices architectures , translating business needs into clear functional and technical solution definitions. Responsibilities ~ Work closely with Business, Architecture, Development, QA, DevOps , and other technology teams, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams. ~ Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements , ensuring they are clearly translated into actionable solution definitions. ~ Define functional specifications , solution behavior, business rules, and acceptance criteria. ~☕ Collaborate closely with development teams to support the implementation of backend solutions based on Java and Spring Boot . ~️ Contribute to the design of scalable, reliable, and secure solutions aligned with Santander CIB's technology standards and strategic objectives. ~ Validate functional designs and coordinate requirements across business and technical stakeholders .
