Overview
As an Embedded Software Engineer in GMV's Space sector, you will shape flight software by leading system-level design and integration across hardware and software domains. You work on mission-critical components, from device drivers to RTOS elements, and oversee verification and documentation to ECSS/DO-178C standards. You'll collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver reliable embedded solutions for space missions.
This is a chance to contribute to high-assurance aerospace software while expanding leadership and technical scope within a general tech group.

Responsabilidades Defining and analyzing software and system requirements
Leading or contributing to the architecture and interfaces between hardware and software
Developing and integrating mission-critical components (drivers, RTOS, protocols,
data management)
Performing unit, integration, and system-level testing including HIL
Supporting verification/validation per industry standards (ECSS, DO-178C)
Developing and reviewing technical documentation and ensuring coding quality
Requisitos principales Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field with software specialization
C/C++ for embedded systems and real-time applications
Knowledge of RTOS and embedded software development
Experience in low-level programming (drivers, BSPs, HW/SW integration)
Familiarity with development tools (cross-compilers, debuggers, static analysis)
Knowledge of aerospace software standards (ECSS, DO-178C) and secure coding practices leadership or project coordination experience team collaboration communication of complex technical concepts
C/C++ for embedded systems
