Your new role

Join a global e-commerce team to develop new webshop features and continuously optimise the online customer experience.

Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate customer needs and business objectives into intuitive, high-performing digital solutions that enhance the user journey and drive business value worldwide.

- Contribute to the evolution of a high-traffic Flutter application used by millions of users across 11 countries.
- Play a key role in analysing, challenging, and refining product requirements in close collaboration with the Product Owner.
- Drive continuous improvements in software architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices.
- Expand your expertise in a fast-growing and innovative technology ecosystem.
- Enhance and optimise a fully automated CI/CD pipeline using modern development and deployment technologies.
- Mentor and support junior team members through pair programming, coaching, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Bring fresh ideas, influence technical decisions, and collaborate in a culture that values open communication and flat hierarchies.




- Take ownership of technical challenges and contribute to shaping the future of the product and development processes.

What will you need to fit in it

- Great passion for Flutter and have already built projects with it.
- Live for technology, strive for more knowledge and appreciate good software architecture.
- Think in Streams, Widgets, builder functions and know your way around Provider.
- Experience with Android or iOS development
- Team player: Love to collaborate with others and rather ask for help than trying to invent the wheel a second time
- Good communication skills and a problem solving attitude
- Good level of English (spanish non required)
