⚽ We’re looking for a Football Coordinator in Barcelona!

Women Football Club (WFC) is looking for a reliable, proactive and community-minded Football Coordinator to support our weekly games and be our main representative on the pitch in Barcelona.

Our Football Coordinator plays an essential role in making sure every game runs smoothly and that every woman who joins WFC feels welcome, included and part of the community.

⚽ What you’ll do

- Be present at our weekly Sunday games from 20:00 to 21:00
- Welcome players and create a friendly and inclusive atmosphere
- Organize teams and support the smooth running of the games
- Be the main WFC representative on the pitch
- Communicate with players and help manage the local community
- Handle small issues or last-minute situations during the sessions




- Stay connected with the WFC general team and provide feedback from Barcelona

? Who we’re looking for

You should be based permanently in Barcelona and, most importantly, have consistent availability every Sunday from 20:00 to 21:00.

You don’t need to be a professional football coach or player. We’re looking for someone who is responsible, organized, approachable, proactive and comfortable bringing people together.

An interest in football, women’s empowerment, community building and social impact is highly valued.

Important: This is a volunteer and unpaid position.
