Shadow is an AI agent that executes real tasks from WhatsApp. You can use it to book flights, buy groceries, make reservations, even apply to jobs.

In a few words, Shadow is a personal AI assistant that actually gets things done.

We're early, but we have an amazing product and the support of experienced investors and senior engineers at leading AI companies. Together with them, early team members will get to shape a product with the potential to change how millions of people manage their day-to-day life.

We're looking for someone to own growth from the ground up, with real experience scaling paid acquisition.

What you'll do

- Plan and run paid acquisition — channel selection, budget allocation, creative testing, scaling what converts
- Get Shadow in front of the right early users — demos, creators, social, community, launches
- Shape the content and creative direction: videos, clips, posts, landing pages
- Turn real product usage into referrals and repeat behavior
- Own the funnel end to end, from first touch to repeat usage




- Refine messaging and positioning as you learn what resonates

What we're looking for

- Experience scaling paid ads — you've taken a channel from early tests to a reliable, profitable engine
- Prior early-stage GTM experience — consumer, AI, or product-led growth
- Strong taste — you know good design and good content when you see it, and can brief or direct it well
- Strong grasp of product-led growth and distribution built into the product
- Comfortable with ambiguity and genuine ownership
- Preferably based or willing to relocate to Barcelona, but we're also open to remote work if you're worth it.
