We’re looking for a freelance video editor to help us create short, engaging and performance-focused ads for Tech Startup Tycoon ?

The goal is simple: turn gameplay into videos that make people stop scrolling, understand the game quickly and want to install it.

Most creatives will be 15–30 second vertical videos for user acquisition campaigns on platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads and other mobile advertising channels.

What you’ll be doing

- Creating short 15-30s vertical video ads
- Editing gameplay footage into fast and engaging creatives
- Finding strong hooks for the first few seconds
- Adding text, captions, sound effects and simple visual elements when needed
- Helping come up with new ad concepts based on the game
- Adapting creatives depending on the platform and campaign

What I’m looking for

- Experience editing short-form video content
- Ideally, experience with mobile game ads
- Good understanding of what makes people stop scrolling
- Ability to make gameplay feel exciting and easy to understand
- Comfortable working with vertical formats




- Creativity and willingness to propose your own ideas
- Understanding of performance marketing is a big plus

Experience with metrics like CTR, CPI, IPM or ROAS is also very welcome, but the most important thing is being able to create ads that feel engaging and are made to perform, not just look nice.

This is a remote freelance position with adaptable hours.

I’d like to start with a small batch of creatives and if we work well together and the videos perform, continue collaborating regularly.

I’m a solo game developer, so you’ll work directly with me. Communication is simple, feedback is fast and there’s plenty of room to experiment with different ideas.
