Overview In this role, you join a high-impact Platform team within a leading consumer electronics retailer to enable scalable, high-quality digital experiences. You will support multiple product teams, shaping backend orchestration, cloud infrastructure, and delivery pipelines. You'll advance observability, documentation, and best practices while mentoring engineers across teams.

Responsabilidades Serve as a platform proxy for product teams, unblocking cross-team challenges and aligning technical decisions

Contribute to the backend orchestration service with a focus on scalability, reliability, and documentation

Build and maintain shared applications across frontend and backend layers

Manage and improve GCP-based cloud infrastructure and shared environments

Optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) for stable,



efficient delivery

Enhance observability with monitoring, alerts, and dashboards (Grafana)

Write clean, well-tested code and promote engineering best practices

Mentor engineers across teams on platform, infrastructure, and architecture

Participate in Agile ceremonies such as refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives

Requisitos principales 4–6+ years of experience as a Fullstack Engineer

Strong TypeScript and Node.js in production

Frontend experience with React (end-to-end interfaces)

Solid GraphQL experience (API design, queries, mutations); Apollo is a plus

Hands-on MongoDB experience (schema design, indexing, query optimization)

Experience with GCP and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform

Experience with CI/CD, especially GitHub Actions

Familiarity with event-driven architectures (e.g., Pub/Sub)

Experience with observability tools such as Grafana

Strong testing practices (unit, integration, end-to-end)

Strong communication and cross-team collaboration

Fluent or advanced English strong communication collaboration across teams mentoring others
