About the role

del Negro Studio is an architecture and interior design studio based in Sóller, Mallorca. We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and resourceful Studio Assistant to support our growing team and help coordinate the daily running of the studio.

You will work closely with the directors of the studio, assisting with schedules, meetings, communication, project administration, budgets, logistics and internal coordination. This is a varied position for someone who enjoys responsibility, anticipates what needs to happen next and can manage several priorities with precision.

Language requirements

The studio’s day to day working language is English.



Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish are essential for this position. Mallorquín is an advantage.

Key responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Attend key meetings, take clear notes and follow up on decisions, deadlines and pending actions.

•⁠ ⁠Manage professional communication with suppliers, artisans, consultants and external collaborators through email, telephone and messaging.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate communication between the directors, the internal team and external project partners.

•⁠ ⁠Assist with monitoring project budgets, expenses, payment schedules and financial milestones.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate deliveries, furniture transport, samples and other project logistics.

•⁠ ⁠Keep track of deadlines and priorities, remind the team of upcoming commitments and ensure that agreed actions are completed.

•⁠ ⁠Help maintain an organised, welcoming and fully functioning studio, including supplies, cleaning coordination and general practical requirements.
