Overview

As a General Accountant in Global Finance Services, you will support multiple entities with month-end, statutory, and group reporting. You act as the single point of contact for Local Controllers to ensure proper application of financial policies. You'll manage cash planning, tax obligations, and audits, while maintaining accurate balance sheets.

You will collaborate across a multicultural, fast-paced environment to deliver reliable financial information and drive process improvements. This role offers exposure to IFRS standards, SAP-based workflows, and cross-entity financial integration.

Responsabilidades Execute month, quarter and year-end close activities and ensure alignment with closing procedures and group rules

Manage quarterly inter-company reconciliations and submit group reporting

Maintain accurate balance sheet information in line with group and statutory standards

Conduct internal control activities to ensure policy compliance





Prepare monthly cash forecasts and analyze deviations

Oversee tax obligations, reporting, and the audit process (internal and external)

Maintain a second set of books for statutory reporting according to local standards

Support budgeting and forecasting for balance sheet and cash, and assist subsidiary planning

Collaborate with local controllers on subsidiary planning and forecasting

Ensure timely audit readiness and statutory reporting

Requisitos principales 3-5 years of experience in a similar accounting role

Bachelor's degree or Master in Accounting

English required; Spanish preferred but not mandatory

Strong communication and analytical skills

Problem solving and process improvement mindset

Experience with finance integration projects

Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment

Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office

Solid understanding of IFRS standards flexible and adaptable autonomous strong communication
