Overview

As an Executive Partner, you will steward a portfolio of high-value ExP members, shaping tailored service plans around their Mission Critical Priorities. You'll collaborate with Gartner's sales teams to drive engagement and renewals while delivering innovative, analyst-backed solutions. This role sits at the heart of Gartner's ExP offering, guiding CIOs and senior IT leaders through AI and digital transformation journeys.

You will lead both virtual and on-site discussions, including workshops and roundtables, to deliver measurable impact. Join a mission-driven, cross-functional team focused on helping clients realize strategic priorities.

Responsabilidades Manage a portfolio of 28+ member relationships with high-value, complex clients

Leverage subject matter expertise to design service solutions using ExP products





Assess member Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs) and craft customized service plans

Conduct on-site and virtual briefings, workshops, analyst visits, roundtables, and webinars

Present or facilitate ExP events as appropriate

Partner with Gartner Sales to maximize member engagement and renewals

Requisitos principales Ability to adopt best practices, build strong relationships, adhere to processes, and embrace feedback

Natural curiosity and knowledge sharing with ExP members

15+ years in Consulting and/or as a CxO with broad technology experience (AI, BI, ML, Digital Transformation, Blockchain, Big Data, CLOUD, etc.)

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with advanced critical thinking and structured problem-solving relationship building curiosity knowledge sharing
