Overview In this General Development role, you guide hemato-oncology programs from early design to closeout, ensuring rigorous risk–benefit evaluation and patient safety. You collaborate with Clinical Operations and cross-functional teams to shape protocols, engage investigators, and translate data into decisive actions that keep trials on track. You will lead process improvements and contribute to cross-asset initiatives across multiple indications and stages.
This position offers impact by accelerating trials, advancing transformative therapies, and shaping development strategy in oncology.
Contribute to design and implementation of hematology-oncology projects with cross-functional teams Develop program strategy and defend business cases for governance approvals support interactions with global medical affairs, marketing, and commercial teams Coordinate investigator and monitor training; Assist in regulatory submission components (clinical development plans, dossiers, BLAs, INDs, safety reports) Present and defend protocols and development plans at governance forums Contribute to cross-functional alignment during early clinical development Maintain on-site presence in Barcelona (three days/week) and enable timely cross-functional collaboration Medical oncology clinical training Fluency in English
