Overview In this role you drive Lean Transformation across the blade manufacturing global team, embedding Lean in daily operations and coordinating cross-functional improvement. You lead Kaizen events, root-cause analysis, and capability building to lift productivity, quality, and flow. You partner with leadership to align initiatives with business goals and sustain a culture of continuous improvement. This is a change-agent position with meaningful impact on operations and transformation.

Manage transformation initiatives involving multiple stakeholders

Requisitos principales Bachelor in Engineering or related field; Master is a plus

Lean Six Sigma certification

Proven experience in lean manufacturing, preferably in blade manufacturing or related industry

Strong knowledge of lean tools, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis

Experience leading Kaizens (operational & transactional) and continuous improvement workshops

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

Project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects
