Conduct performance needs analyses to identify development priorities

Define evaluation approaches to measure learning effectiveness and business impact

Manage end-to-end learning initiatives from design to global deployment and coordinate with local stakeholders

Requisitos principales Bachelor in Psychology

>7 years of experience in Learning & Development, ideally global/international environments

Proven experience designing leadership development programs, learning journeys, and career frameworks

Experience designing scalable learning solutions across multiple regions

Fluency in English and Spanish
