Descripción del trabajo Experteer Overview In this role you drive the commercial success of Roche Information Solutions by translating technical infrastructure into market value. You will align GTM strategies with product and disease-management value streams, enable regional pilots, and turn digital capabilities into scalable solutions for global affiliates.

You’ll work across GTM, Product, and Value Stream teams to sharpen product positioning and ensure integral execution. This is an opportunity to shape digital healthcare adoption at scale within a diverse, patient-centered organization

Responsabilidades

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Science, Healthcare or related discipline; Master's/MBA preferred

Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial strategy, product marketing, or sales within healthcare software

Proven track record launching cloud-based healthcare software solutions or digital health platforms

Deep understanding of digital health landscape, SaaS metrics, compliance, and clinical workflows

Strong collaboration, leadership, and problem-solving across cross-functional teams

Exceptional written and oral communication skills with stakeholder influence in healthcare environments
