In this role you lead the Immunology field organization in Spain, driving franchise growth and launch excellence while building a high-performing, compliant, customer-centric team. You translate strategy into field execution, ensure strong customer engagement, and influence cross-functional partners to achieve business objectives. You will shape the Immunology franchise and empower leadership across the region with a focus on impact, learning, and accountability. Responsabilidades
- Lead and develop the Immunology field organization with a culture of high performance, accountability, inclusion, and continuous learning
- Build organizational capability via coaching, talent development, succession planning, and retention initiatives




- Translate franchise strategy into actionable field plans and ensure consistent regional execution
- Drive field execution through First Line Managers to meet sales, market share, and org objectives
- Lead launch readiness and commercialization activities for new therapies while maximizing established brands
- Champion customer-centric engagement by integrating face-to-face, digital, and omnichannel approaches
- Lead sales force effectiveness initiatives: CRM excellence, targeting, incentives, analytics, and territory design
- Optimize resource allocation and budget management to maximize impact
- Monitor market dynamics, insights, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Government Affairs, and Sales Force Effectiveness to deliver objectives
