HR Technology/AI Intern

Verisure is seeking a talented, innovative, hands-on HR Technology/AI Intern to join our growing and successful Group HRIS Centre of Excellence Team. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented person to join us and play a key role in the implementation of a new recruitment AI platform across multiple countries.

The Internship position is designed to give the candidate an opportunity to gain experience working with a high functioning HRIS services team, as well as participating in a critical HRIS project.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a strategic transformation project that will shape the future of recruitment within an international organization. You will work closely with HR, Recruiting, IT, external vendors, and business stakeholders to support the successful deployment, adoption, and optimization of a new talent acquisition ecosystem.

About The Role The HR Technology/AI Intern will join the Group HRIS/HR Transformation team to support the implementation and deployment of a new recruitment AI-based system across multiple countries and business units. This role offers exposure to HR technology, talent acquisition transformation, international stakeholder management, and large-scale change initiatives. The successful candidate will contribute to a strategic project aimed at optimizing recruitment processes and enhancing the talent acquisition ecosystem across the organization.

Key responsibilities

- Support the implementation and deployment of a new recruitment AI based system across multiple countries and business units.
- Coordinate activities between HR, IT teams and vendors.
- Contribute to system configuration, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
- Drive process mapping, and change management initiatives.
- Facilitate training sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
- Help ensure a smooth transition from legacy processes and systems.
- Drive key activities related to the transition between recruitment systems, including business readiness, UATs, go-live coordination and KPIs definition.

Minimum Qualifications

- Advanced Excel level (vlookups, pivot tables etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of Power Point
- Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish
- Ability to frame problems breaking, them into pieces

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Engineering, Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Exposure to HR processes, talent acquisition, or digital transformation projects.
- Experience working with international stakeholders.
