Overview

As Senior C&B; Manager you drive compensation and benefits strategy across Europe, aligning with the Center of Excellence. You will advise HR partners and managers to ensure competitive and fair rewards. You shape processes for salary and bonus planning, job mapping, and benefits, delivering analytics to guide decisions. This role offers international scope in a growth‐driven, technology‐savvy environment with a focus on people wellbeing.

Responsabilidades Develop C&B; strategies, policies and procedures and drive their global implementation

Provide counsel and support to HR teams across Europe (Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Poland)

Lead compensation projects and manage C&B; processes (salary and bonus planning, benefits introduction,



job mapping reviews)

Coordinate international mobility processes

Oversee executive remuneration and internal equity/external competitiveness reporting

Maintain effective communications with internal clients (HRBPs, Line Managers, Directors, CHRO)

Liaise with external compensation consulting firms

Monitor Center of Excellence metrics and analytics

Requisitos principales At least 10 years of related experience

Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar

English level C1

Master Degree in C&B; will be valuable

Power BI & Excel
