Responsabilidades Install, configure, and maintain IBM z/OS operating systems
Manage IBM and CA/Broadcom system software across enterprise environments
Perform performance monitoring, capacity planning, and optimization
Analyze and resolve complex z/OS, middleware, and infrastructure issues
Maintain security controls and compliance
Participate in root cause analysis and problem management
Provide mentoring to junior team members
Experience with IBM and CA/Broadcom mainframe products
