Overview As Senior Product Manager II, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, and GTM for Deel's global payroll/HR platform. You will collaborate with senior leaders, designers, and engineers to deliver a best-in-class experience to a diverse international customer base. You'll tackle cross-team discoveries, define measurable OKRs, and balance speed with quality. This role offers impact at scale as Deel continues to transform general work. Formulate questions, gather data, and assess opportunities to drive impactful OKRs
Plan, drive, and project manage initiatives leveraging agile methodologies
Partner with design, engineering and ops to ensure high-quality UX and minimal cross-team disruption
Identify opportunities, build quarterly/yearly roadmaps, and adjust plans with new data
Ensure efficient development flow and proactive issue management
Understanding of UX and UI
Scrum/Agile project management
