Overview

As Industrial & UX Designer at INBRAIN, you will lead the design of external hardware components and contribute to clinician and patient software UX. You will shape a cohesive product ecosystem that integrates physical devices with digital interfaces. This role sits at the intersection of hardware prototyping, user research, and usability validation to drive safer, user-centered healthcare solutions.

You'll work with cross-functional teams to translate clinical workflows into intuitive experiences. This is a mission-driven opportunity to advance real-time precision neurology and improve patients' lives.

Responsabilidades

Lead industrial design of external product components (chargers, accessories, clinician-facing hardware).

Create, iterate, document physical concepts, mock-ups, prototypes; manage external prototyping partners.

Conduct user-centered design activities to understand needs, workflows, pain points, and mental models.

Develop and test hardware and software prototypes to inform decisions and usability evaluations.





Design and prototype digital experiences for clinician and patient applications with Product and Software teams.

Ensure consistency across physical and digital experiences and a cohesive product ecosystem.

Support formative usability studies by rapidly translating feedback into design improvements.

Collaborate with Human Factors Engineering to meet usability, risk control, and regulatory objectives.

Contribute to INBRAINs design language and user experience principles across products.

Requisitos principales Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design or Design Engineering.

5+ years of experience in industrial and UX design.

Strong portfolio showing physical product development, form-factor exploration, prototyping, and design-for-use.

Ability to design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for software interfaces.

Ability to connect physical touchpoints, digital interfaces, clinical workflows, and technical constraints into a cohesive UX.

Experience with CAD and SolidWorks.

Fluency in English.
