Overview In this role you help safeguard customer networks as part of our SOC‐as‐a‐Service operations. You will monitor and triage alerts across multiple clients and time zones, analyze threats, and report findings under tight SLAs. You'll work with diverse consoles and technologies to quickly identify issues and support incident response. You contribute to improving detection and response capabilities and help shape our next‐gen approach to security operations.

Responsabilidades Monitor and triage alerts from our SIEM; determine root cause and propose fixes

Analyze threats using internal and external intelligence and map to real-world attacks

Report findings and coordinate with stakeholders across multiple customers and time zones

Support incident response to limit damage and reduce recovery time

Document troubleshooting steps and required responses





Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve security controls and processes

Contribute to threat intelligence and knowledge sharing within the SOC

Requisitos principales Education and experience equivalent to the level requirements in networking and cybersecurity

Experience with SIEM technologies and triage of logs from diverse sources

Strong Linux knowledge; scripting skills (Python preferred)

Experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, and vulnerability management

Excellent written and verbal communication; able to document troubleshooting and responses

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict response SLAs

Proactive learner with strong problem-solving skills for emerging attack scenarios continuous learner strong problem-solving effective communication
