•Updating/resolving/closing SILVA incident tickets •Reports

(Security items, device count, apps/tools reports) through

Intune/Log Analytics •Documentation of all that will be implemented/configured Expertises: •Must have: -English C1 -Writing skills for documentation purposes -MDM approach through

Autopilot/Intune -Windows Devices management -Windows Information

Protection (WIP) •Nice to have: -MS Endpoint DLP -McAfee Cloud

Proxy -F5 PerApp VPN -Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
