This is a full-time hybrid role, with the flexibility to work from home up to 4 days per week.You will coordinate the end-to-end delivery of digital projects, including apps, websites, UX/UI, branding and digital marketing initiatives.

You will be the link between our clients and multidisciplinary team, making sure projects move forward efficiently while maintaining realistic timelines and high quality standards.Your responsibilitiesManage international,



cross-cultural projects across web/app development, UX/UI, branding and digital marketingBuild project roadmaps, sprints, priorities and realistic delivery timelinesCoordinate designers, developers, marketing specialists, external partners and clientsTranslate client requirements into structured, actionable tasks for the teamProactively follow up on deliverables, dependencies and outstanding actionsIdentify potential risks, blockers and delays early and propose solutionsTest and verify deliverables before they are presented or released to clientsRun regular project meetings and progress calls with clients and internal teamsKeep clients informed while balancing their expectations with the team’s capacity and project requirementsReview and improve internal project management processesQualificationsMin 3 years managing digital projects from planning through deliveryMin 2 years working with web/app development and/or UX/UI teamsExcel
