Descripción del trabajo Contract Manager – Madrid – Hybrid

As the Space Business Unit of Indra Group, we combine cutting-edge technology with a full value chain approach—from satellite design and integration to ground segment and operations. Support the Legal team in contract analysis, identifying obligations, milestones, deliverables, and risks.
Provide contractual support for tenders and business opportunities, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and procurement frameworks.
Support Programme Managers in negotiations, contract drafting, and decision-making from a contractual and risk perspective.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Legal, Finance, Engineering, Procurement)



and international partners.
Manage contract amendments, scope changes, extensions, and pricing and schedule adjustments.
Support preparation and management of claims and negotiations with clients, partners, and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with internal procedures, as well as regulatory aspects such as export control or cybersecurity.
Minimum 4 years of experience in contract management in an international environment or similar role.
Proven experience in complex programmes within industrial, defence, space, or similar sectors.
Strong knowledge of contractual processes, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
Availability to work in a hybrid model in Madrid.
