About NAXANI NAXANI specializes in designing and manufacturing high-quality bathroom furniture for industry professionals (B2B).

To support our growth and modernize our commercial approach, we are looking for an intern who is passionate about digital marketing, innovation, and business development.

You will join a dynamic environment where your actions will have a direct and measurable impact on our performance.

Your Missions Working closely with management, you will lead projects ranging from high-level strategy to hands-on execution:

- Strategy & Benchmarking: Conduct an in-depth study of the B2B bathroom furniture market. Identify key competitors, analyze their acquisition strategies, and propose an action plan to capture new market share.

- Social Media & Artificial Intelligence: Manage our weekly presence on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok. You will create immersive content (product showcases, factory behind-the-scenes, craftsmanship highlights). Final Project: Configure an AI agent/workflow to automate and sustain part of this content creation after your internship ends.

- Webmarketing & SEO: Take charge of modernizing our WordPress website to optimize the user experience (UX) and improve our search engine ranking (SEO) for B2B queries.

- Growth & CRM (Odoo): Clean and structure our current customer database.



Source new prospect lists (interior designers, distributors, architects) and design targeted email campaigns using our ERP system, Odoo.

- Sales Enablement Tools: Modernize our sales materials and revamp the physical sample experience (presentation, packaging, brochures) to help our sales team close deals more effectively.

Your Profile

- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.

- You are highly autonomous, resourceful, and eager to experiment with new technologies (especially AI tools).

- Languages: A good working level in both Spanish and English is mandatory to navigate our ecosystem. Proficiency in French is a plus.

- Prior experience with WordPress, a CRM (ideally Odoo), or basic content creation tools (Canva, smartphone video editing) is highly appreciated.

Practical Information & Conditions

- Compensation: This position is not initially budgeted for a salary. However, we strongly encourage candidates to consult their universities regarding available mobility grants (e.g., Erasmus or regional scholarships) to fund their stay.

- Administrative Requirements: For international (non-Spanish) candidates, obtaining a NIE (Foreigner Identification Number) and a NUSS (Social Security Number) in Spain will be required to validate the internship agreement. We will guide you through this process.

- Location: The internship takes place on-site at our facilities in Alzira (Valencia province). Being physically present is essential to capture the essence of our factory and our products.
