YOUR MISSION We’re looking for a doer, relationship-builder, and growth-driver to join our Regions team. As an Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for our top-tier restaurant partners, making sure they thrive and win with us. Also, responsibility and ownership of several cities in your Area, define and pursue long-term strategy for the cities in terms of Growth, Promotions, Advertising and Operations. Establish and maintain a very close relationship with Top Partners in the city, guide them through the growth journey, be informed, get involved and make things happen with a doer attitude THE JOURNEY - Establish excellent relationships with Glovo’s partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs and building engagement (Partner’s meetings and business reviews). - Evaluate, follow up and build reports of your portfolio and KPIs periodically. Take actions to reach your goals and company OKRs. - Draw and execute plans, making your partners grow through promos negotiations, marketing activations and menu performance (selling items, AOV,



Conversion Rate, cross selling and upselling) - Optimize Glovo visibility through marketing actions with our partners (using marketing kits, merchandising, etc) - Improve Glovo’s revenue through commission renegotiation and selling assets. - Understand, build action plans and follow up on churned and inactive partners. - Improve operational efficiency of our partners by making sure we always deliver the best service to our customers. WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE - At least 1 year of experience in high-performance and fast-paced environments (startup, investment banking, top consulting firms or top tech companies). - Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or Public Relations is a plus. - Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office and Excel. - Native Spanish and English skills. - Strong Commercial skills and customer obsession: you're persuasive i
