Overview

As Domain Expert for Trade in the iSHIFT ERP program, you design and deploy a unified SAP-based solution for Trade across geographies. You translate business needs into standardized processes, lead design workshops, and govern a global Trade template. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end integration and a simple user experience. Your impact spans master data, analytics, and controls within SAP S/4HANA, driving global shared services and reporting capabilities.

Responsabilidades

Lead or contribute to scoping studies for Sales and Distribution scope and continuous improvement functions

Design global Trade solutions with best practices and governance, including template development and evolution

Define solution customizations to minimize gaps with standard SAP functionalities and perform impact analyses

Contribute to transversal streams (Master Data, Analytics, Authorizations, Process controls) and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture

Organize configuration, development inputs, testing, and documentation; support UAT and defect resolution

Contribute to migration, go-live,



and hypercare activities; assist knowledge transfer to AMS

Provide functional expertise during AMS, challenge evolutions, and ensure issue resolution with partners

Maintain reference documentation, support continuous improvement through PoCs and new SAP capabilities

Engage in cross-project activities as Referent Expert for Trade & SD topics and stay updated on SAP S/4HANA offerings

Requisitos principales 8+ years SAP experience

At least 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations (all phases)

Experience in Pricing, Condition Contracts, Settlement Management, Order Management, Outbound processing, Billing

Proficient SAP Pricing and SD-FI/CO integration knowledge

Experience with Master Data, IDocs/BAPIs, SAP interfaces to legacy apps

International SAP project experience; consulting background

Agile methodology experience

Fluent in English; other languages a plus

Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in cross-functional and integral teams team player results-driven analytical and synthetic thinking
