Overview In this IT Business Analyst role, you will lead the collection and translation of business requirements for projects, spanning regulatory, technical, operational, and commercial domains. You'll align input from across the business with tech leads, ensuring compliant solutions and solid project scoping. You act as a bridge between commercial, operations, development, and third parties, guiding UAT and sign-off.

This role supports the company's expansion and cross-functional initiatives in Barcelona.

Responsabilidades

Lead gathering and translation of business requirements across regulatory, technical, operational and commercial domains

Collaborate with leaders to obtain inputs and guide them through the process

Deliver clear business requirements to tech and translate technical solutions back to the business

Ensure regulatory requirements are communicated and solutions stay compliant

Identify cross-functional dependencies and align timelines and deliverables

Provide accurate, measurable estimates for BA deliverables to the project manager

Ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Develop broad understanding of processes to act as Subject Matter Expert





Assist in producing business cases for development and implementation of changes

Coordinate linkages between commercial, operations, development teams and third parties

Facilitate User Acceptance Testing and sign-off

Requisitos principales Knowledge and experience in business analysis techniques and tools

Ability to transform data into insights and prioritize value-delivering solutions

Ability to translate compliance requirements into actionable guidelines

Ability to translate technical designs into understandable business concepts

Experience writing User Stories and Business Process documents

Experience working with geographically distributed teams

Experience with third-party delivery of project components

Knowledge of Business Process engineering and various techniques

Good awareness of product development lifecycle and how it informs product development

English at a high level and native-level Spanish

Experience in iGaming is an advantage

Experience in geographic expansion projects is an advantage strong communication and stakeholder influencing skills ability to manage change and work through ambiguity
