Overview In this role you will be the on-site IT face for our Valencia hub, delivering high-touch technical support and ensuring a smooth digital workplace for employees. You will bridge local needs with global IT infrastructure, balancing hands-on troubleshooting with SaaS administration and asset lifecycle management. You'll drive automation and AI-enabled self-service initiatives to reduce manual work and improve service.

Responsabilidades Provide advanced L2 hardware, software, and connectivity troubleshooting for local and remote employees

Maintain IAM standards and support SOC2 compliance through User Access Reviews

Document SOPs and propose automation to scale processes and reduce recurring issues

Administer core SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Jira)



and manage user access

Lead physical IT hardware lifecycle tasks (procurement, unboxing, tagging, Zero-Touch provisioning via MDM) with accurate data in the inventory

Collaborate with global IT Cloud and CPE teams to support local infrastructure and time-zone spanning operations

Requisitos principales 3+ years in a technical IT support or engineering role in a fast-paced Tech or FinTech environment

Hands-on experience with macOS and Windows endpoints; strong exposure to Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira

Direct experience managing hardware lifecycle, vendor coordination, and stock forecasting

Fluent English (written and spoken) for international collaboration

Strong communication and collaboration across time zones

Analytical mindset with problem-solving drive

Proactiveness and ownership of IT problems macOS and Windows endpoint management
