Overview In this role you will lead a global DevOps team to architect and automate cloud deployments, CI/CD processes, and infrastructure management. You collaborate with platform engineers, architects, and product owners to align DevOps and security practices with company goals. You'll drive automation, monitor key metrics, and continuously improve delivery while staying current with industry trends.

Responsabilidades Lead a general team of DevOps engineers across geographies

Develop and implement DevOps and DevSecOps strategies

Define and maintain best practices for automation, CI/CD, monitoring, and release management

Establish and evangelize DevOps CoP and best practices

Drive automation for provisioning, release notes, configuration management, and deployments

Ensure DevOps metrics are met and reduce technical backlog

Keep guidelines up-to-date and stay informed on industry trends





Propose innovative solutions to optimize software delivery

Participate in IT recruitment and 24/7 support organization

Coordinate with managers and ensure policy adherence and security compliance

Requisitos principales Bachelor in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent)

4+ years as a Developer and/or DevOps engineer

2+ years leading DevOps teams with roadmaps and agile processes

Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Git, Azure DevOps

Strong experience with CI/CD in Azure Pipelines

Change management experience for DevOps culture

Monitoring/logging expertise (App Insights, Prometheus, Grafana)

Agile and Waterfall project management experience

Demonstrated leadership and communication skills

Self-starter with stakeholder collaboration

Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities leadership communication stakeholder management
