Define and manage the product roadmap for the digital Commerce domain, translating business goals into prioritised product initiatives and requirements. Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritisation and visibility.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams and external partners to deliver product enhancements. Monitor product performance through relevant business and customer metrics.



Coordinate product releases and continuous improvement initiatives.
