Overview In this role, you will shape and scale a digital, data, analytics, and AI-enabled product portfolio for Global Value, Access and Pricing, translating business priorities into scalable capabilities that optimize value, payer insights, and access planning. You'll lead cross-functional collaboration across IT, Data & Analytics, and AI teams to deliver an outcome-driven roadmap, prioritise the backlog, and drive value realization. You'll explore high-value AI opportunities, including GenAI and Agentic AI, to improve efficiency and decision making at a global scale.

This fully remote role supports patients worldwide from Spain.

Responsabilidades Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for digital, data, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions (including GenAI/Agentic AI where relevant)

Lead discovery with business stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities and define success measures

Own and prioritise the product backlog and drive sprint planning in Agile environments

Coordinate delivery planning across internal teams and external partners, managing priorities, risks, timelines, and commitments

Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture,



Responsible AI, Cybersecurity, Data Privacy, and Compliance to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant solutions

Monitor adoption, solution performance, and business value against defined outcome metrics such as efficiency gains and stakeholder satisfaction

Requisitos principales 7+ years in digital or IT product ownership, software delivery, or data/analytics product delivery

Experience in pharma, life sciences, or healthcare with exposure to market access, pricing, payer insights, or value strategy

Strong track record as a Product Owner in digital/data/AI-enabled products

Experience coordinating delivery across software, data, analytics, and AI teams

Understanding of dashboards, reporting, data quality, and governance

Ability to translate AI opportunities (GenAI/Agentic AI) into practical, adoptable solutions

Degree in Business, IT, Data Science, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience; certifications in Product Ownership/Agile/PM/AI are a plus

Fluent in English; other languages advantageous stakeholder management cross-functional collaboration clear communication

Agile/Scrum product ownership in digital/data/AI-enabled products data dashboards and governance
