Enterprise

Architect with experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level IT solutions.

Experience in aligning technology strategies with business goals, optimizing IT infrastructure, and leading cross-functional teams. Adept at driving digital transformation initiatives and ensuring robust security and compliance standards.

Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the organization's strategic objectives. Oversee the integration of new technologies and processes into the existing IT environment, ensuring compatibility and efficiency.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the IT infrastructure and develop strategies to mitigate them. Strong capability in IT strategy, target-state architecture, roadmap development, and transformation planning.

Experience leading digital transformation initiatives, including cloud adoption, platform modernisation, and automation programmes. Strong understanding of IT governance, architecture standards, risk controls, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders and drive strategic outcomes.

Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimise workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs. At DWS we're serious about diversity,
