The Vall d'Hebron Research Institute (VHIR), Research
Group on Rare Anaemia Disorders, is offering a vacancy for a
Communication and Dissemination Junior Manager, who will support
the communication and dissemination activities across the group's
portfolio of research projects and platforms, with the aim of
increasing their visibility, impact and outreach. The Research
Group on Rare Anaemia Disorders focuses its research strategy on
the development and validation of innovative methodological
approaches improve the characterization of patients affected by
rare haematological diseases, advancing personalised medicine
through multi-omics diagnostics, artificial intelligence models and
standardized sharing of cross-border data. The group holds a
leading role at both the national and European levels on rare
disease research: coordinating the Spanish national programme on
rare anaemia disorders, INTEGRA, two major European data
infrastrctures in rare haematology Diseases ( ERN-EuroBloodNet ),
and the European data infrastructures in rare haematology — the
RADeep Registry ( Rare Anaemia Disorders European Epidemiological
Platform ), and the ENROL Registry ( European Rare Blood Disorders
Platform ), covering both malignant and non-oncological
haematological diseases. In line with our strategic objectives, we
are looking for a creative and proactive Communication and
Dissemination Junior Manager to join our team. The successful
candidate will manage the group's social media channels and digital
campaigns, develop engaging communication materials (visual assets,
infographics, videos and presentations), publish content on the
group's websites, coordinate with external service providers, and
support the organisation of events and educational activities,
working closely with the research team, the postholder will help
translate scientific achievements into clear, engaging and
impactful communication outputs for a wide range of audiences. Main
