? Key Responsibilities

- Support and manage relationships with international distributors
- Respond to commercial leads and coordinate product inquiries
- Maintain and update the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and KPIs
- Assist in product launches, commercial documentation, and follow-ups




- Coordinate internally across sales, marketing, logistics, and operations teams
- Contribute to improving processes and distributor engagement

? What We’re Looking For

Required:

- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in sales support, account management, or similar roles
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM tools (preferably Dynamics 365)
- Organised, communicative, and proactive
- Ability to travel sporadically

Nice to Have:

- Additional languages
- Prior experience in regenerative or aesthetic medicine or medical devices
- Understanding of distributor-based B2B sales models
