Overview In this role you drive the closing of qualified opportunities in the DACH region, moving from SDR/BDR to a true closing function. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft strategic account plans and exceed targets, supported by coaching and a structured path to grow into a top Account Executive. You will engage C-Level executives and shape the sales approach for Factorial's platform across HR, finance, and operations.

Apply consultative selling to guide buyers through the process

Collaborate daily with SDRs, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Leadership

Operate in a performance-driven environment with uncapped earning potential

Requisitos principales 1.5–3+ years B2B sales experience (SDR/BDR or Junior AE)

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota

Native German and fluent English

Experience in SaaS or high-growth settings is a plus

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Structured, analytical mindset with pipeline discipline
