As a Process Consultant, you will standardize, streamline, and automate end-to-end processes to boost efficiency. You'll work with cross-functional teams to design sustainable, low-touch solutions that scale with business needs. Your work supports TD SYNNEX's mission to enable safe and efficient digital experiences for customers and partners. This is a chance to shape process excellence across a pan-European scope while collaborating with IT, RPA and analytics teams.

Responsabilidades Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement

Standardize, optimize, and automate business processes using various tools and methodologies

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams (IT, RPA and Celonis) to develop sustainable solutions

Implement changes and monitor impact on business performance





Provide support and training to business teams on new processes and tools

Requisitos principales +5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a pan-European setup

Strong understanding of BPM tools and optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)

Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies

Experience in Change Management on multi-function/country projects

Experience with Process Mining tools (e.g., Celonis) and AI tools is a plus

SAP knowledge (SAP ECC, HANA and Business Warehouse) is a plus

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to converse and write effectively in English
