What You Will Do: Serve as a dedicated consultant to successfully onboard new clients and build out their initial PPC campaigns. Actively detect, evaluate, and understand customer business requirements and marketing objectives. Manage a high volume of potential corporate clients on a daily basis primarily through phone interactions. Drive account growth by identifying strategic opportunities to increase campaign spend, up-sell features, and improve long-term retention. Work productively to meet or exceed established productivity, readiness, sustainability, compliance, and customer satisfaction metrics. Requirements: Native or C2-level proficiency in German,



paired with a high level of English communication skills. BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience (An MA/MSc degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus). Minimum of 1–2 years of proven work experience in sales, account management, and/or online advertising. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to pitch over the phone and draft compelling campaign proposals.
