Overview
In this role you will safeguard software used on a general telecommunications project based in Valencia, applying your expertise to secure modern architectures. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to remediate vulnerabilities and influence secure software delivery. You will perform SAST, DAST, code reviews, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate risks. You will leverage Java, C++, or C# skills to strengthen application security across the stack. This is an opportunity to impact a multinational project and contribute to secure, scalable solutions.

Responsabilidades
- Evaluate business requirements and review software architecture
- Perform source code reviews and static/dynamic security testing




- Review and conduct penetration testing on software
- Collaborate with development teams to remediate security vulnerabilities in code
- Bring expertise in code review and modern application architecture (Java, C++, C#)

Requisitos principales
- Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, IT, mathematics, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in application security
- Experience in code review and penetration testing
- Strong knowledge of information security principles and data protection
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
