Overview In this role you will lead the global SAP Basis core, overseeing S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, GTS, and cloud platforms across on‐prem and cloud environments. You will partner with Digital Foundation Operations and Cyber to ensure secure, high‐performing SAP services that enable worldwide business continuity. You will shape a future‐ready SAP landscape, tackle complex global challenges, and exert strong technical and leadership influence in a diverse, international setting.

Responsabilidades Plan and execute upgrades and patches ensuring availability, performance, and cyber/compliance alignment

Provide daily SAP Basis support and activities





Stay current with SAP roadmap and propose improvements to the SAP environment

Monitor, tune, and automate routine SAP tasks

Maintain runbooks/documentation and participate in on‐call as needed

Collaborate with Platform/Product teams to support SAP Basis integration projects

Requisitos principales 7+ years of SAP BASIS experience

Experience managing SAP systems with complex infrastructure (multiple data centres and cloud providers)

S/4HANA experience on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, RISE) or hybrid environments

Solid knowledge of SAP technologies and architecture (incl. SAP BTP, Solman, ChaRM, Cloud ALM)

High proficiency in HANA, Oracle, Sybase, and UNIX

Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork problem-solving team collaboration ability to operate in a global, cross‐functional context
