Overview

As Manager, Trade & Ethics, you enable compliant business growth across SITA's integral operations. You'll lead sanctions and export controls advisory, mitigate economic crime risks, and oversee the whistleblowing hotline, ensuring ethical, legally sound decisions. You'll collaborate with cross‐functional teams and external partners to shape contracts, governance, and third‐party engagements. This role combines legal autonomy with business influence to help SITA "Get to Yes" sustainably.

Responsabilidades Oversee sanctions and export controls guidance and compliance for global business

Advise on economic crime risks and mitigation strategies (fraud, corruption)

Manage whistleblowing hotline triage and investigative steps





Coordinate with business units and geographies to align on fair, clear third‐party engagement and contracts

Draft and harmonize governance documents and contractual terms to reflect reality and practicality

Engage external parties (customers, suppliers, regulators, industry players) with clear, concise communication

Provide autonomous legal leadership within one or more domains and contribute to broader SITA Legal projects

Requisitos principales Minimum 3–5 years corporate law experience

Autonomous capability in one or more legal domains

International experience managing multiple service providers and diverse legal systems

Ability to influence beyond pure legal authority

Strong English written and oral communication, organizational skills
