Experteer Overview In this Brand Designer role, you will own Fever’s visual identity for a key partner and drive high-impact campaigns across channels. You’ll translate marketing objectives into cohesive brand assets, motion graphics, and video content, while leveraging AI to boost efficiency without compromising quality. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency and deliver premium creative that scales with a general audience. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Own and evolve the visual identity for a Fever partner across marketing channels • Conceptualize and design campaigns and assets aligned with marketing goals • Create visual content for paid media, organic social, CRM, OOH, web, editorial, and on-site experiences • Develop motion graphics, animations, and audiovisual assets for storytelling • Edit and produce premium video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube,



and Meta • Work with original and stock footage to produce engaging content • Explore and integrate AI into creative workflows to boost efficiency • Collaborate with Creative Strategists, Copywriters, Motion Designers, Marketing teams, and external partners • Present concepts and communicate design decisions to stakeholders • Ensure brand consistency and high-quality standards across deliverables • Prepare production-ready artwork for digital and print environments • Coordinate with external vendors to ensure flawless asset execution • Manage multiple projects with deadlines and business objectives • Research design trends, formats, and AI tools to improve workflows Responsabilidades • 3-5 years in branding, creative agencies, or high-end design studios • Outstanding portfolio in branding, campaigns, digital design, editorial, and storytelling • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva • Experience with AI creative tools (Midjourney, Krea, Gemini, Firefly) in professional wo
