Overview

As a Project Manager at Welocalize, you will steer client projects from planning to delivery, coordinating global teams to meet quality, cost, and schedule targets. You'll align client requirements with internal capabilities, manage risks, and report progress to stakeholders. This role sits at the intersection of technology and translation, helping enterprises scale multilingual content efficiently.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve client satisfaction, delivery speed, and profitability, contributing to Welocalize's mission to enable global content at scale.

Responsabilidades Plan and scope projects with the client, gathering requirements and validating outcomes

Allocate resources and coordinate with stakeholders to meet quality, cost, and schedule constraints

Perform risk analysis and implement contingency plans (PDCA cycle)

Lead internal and external teams to ensure successful delivery

Create and monitor project schedules to ensure timely delivery

Manage budgets and control costs to protect margins

Foster strong relationships with customers, internal teams,



and external vendors

Identify and implement improvements to delivery, quality, and profitability

Provide formal and ad-hoc status reports on scope, financials, progress and risk

Maintain accurate finance records and document processes

Manage project margins to ensure profitability

Requisitos principales Proven project management experience in a fast-paced, client-centric environment

Experience in the translation or localization industry is preferred

Knowledge of the translation industry, technology trends, and market dynamics

Experience with CAT tools

Experience in financial management and budget-to-vigente reporting

Customer relationship management and business development skills to drive growth

Energetic with a positive attitude
