Responsabilidades Plan and assign tasks based on deadlines and resources

Supervise the team and support complex technical issues

Identify internal and client-facing improvement opportunities

Liaise with upper management on workshop activities





Ensure compliance with regulations and safety protocols

Collaborate on service follow-up reports with the client

Assist in training or updating knowledge of new team members

Monitor service quality indicators and correct deviations

Manage workshop workspaces to ensure optimal operations

Requisitos principales Advanced Vocational Training in electronic maintenance, telecommunications, mechanics, or a related field

≥12 years of technical workshop experience

≥2 years in organizational and team support roles

Knowledge of SAP

English: intermediate
